Will it whiten teeth?
Hey everyone. Is it true that bicarbonate of soda will whiten teeth? ox.
Yes it is true (but you should only use it like once or twice a week)
(1) Just wet your toothbrush and dip it in the baking soda (its the same thing) and brush away
(2) Or you can add some to your regular toothpaste if you wish (since it tastes very salty!).
Or use the baking soad first and then brush your teeth..
Its really your preference..
