There are shoe racks for some dryers, I've known people who used dryers for their Converse, but if you think it will be damaging to the rubber, just set them aside and put newspaper or something inside them to help absorb water faster, or just outside on a warm day.

Yepp, i wash mine all the time. Just be sure to run it on cold water and dont put them in the dryer, they have to air dry.
