its pretty much like most other diets that offer low calorie snacks,soups and meals. youll most likley need to eat other foods to not only stay healthy but get important nutrients and it says exerscising is an important part of weight loss. this means the diet itself does not work, the diet only works when combined with regular exerscise, so if you dont plan to exerscise, you wont see any results
