Is my sexual health clinic completely private?
i am currently on the pill at a s3xual health clinic and not my doctors and i was wondering if i get ill and need to go to the doctors will the history or data be revealed/ be accessed at my docotors or is it completely private like they said? im not sure… and im worried to go to my doctors if i do get ill :/ (my mother doesnt know but im grown up so i can make deciding like this) although my mum comes with me to the doctors :L
Im pretty sure it is completely private. Doctor patient only. They are not allowed to speak of your agenda to anyone besides you or who you release to them. If your doctor asks you if you are any meds you should be honest with them though.
It depends where you are in the world,if in the UK it comes under nhs but if out side you have to pay

I think there is a patient-confidentuality policy in places like that. So, it should be secret. If they say something to someone else I would think it would be because you were in danger of getting hurt or getting very ill. I wouldn’t worry about it.
In the US it would be confidential and they are not allowed to tell your parents. On the other hand, another doctor or health professional could see it if you are a patient of theirs.
Unless you’re paying out of pocket they will notify the insurance company you use about your visit/ any tests you recieved. They cannot however contact or tell anyone about your visits unless you are found to have a major std and have failed to notify your sexual partners (which is illegal on your part)
