Rythmic gymnastics.

Im a gymnast as in a person who loves gymnastics and who taught myself. Im very flexible but I want more. I want to be a rythmic gymnast. Can anyone give me good stretching ideas instead of backwalkers and oversplits??

Rythmic Gymnast.. have you ever thought of trying Capoeira? Lot’s of core strengthening and it is all done to music.
