running away from home

Depends on where you live, but yes, normally you can get put into jail…or juvenile hall most likely…if someone reported you as a runaway.

Because a lot of times teenage runaways have no real reason to runaway. They think that their life is horrible because their parents won’t let them go out on a date or go to the movies with friends or make them do chores. If there is a real reason…someone being abused for example…then if the police find them they will normally try to help. But for the average teenager…they’re just acting like spoiled brats and their parents really do love them and want them back.

actually they cant . they will just try to scare you by taking you to the police station until your parents pick you up .

see, that’s what I don’t get, if people are so unghappy at home, enough to run away, why do they bring em back?

U can get picked up by police an brought home if your a reported run away an they see you on the streets…
