Answer #3

Well breathing and pacing techniques are generally different for track depending on weather your a sprinter or a distance person…

I’m a distance runner so this is my point of view…

But breathing wise I find it best to breathe through your nose, and then if you cramp in your nose then out your mouth… it helps to control it…

And pace wise, I don’t pace myself really I just push myself to my body’s limits, but you could count in your head if you wanted to…

Also don’t forget to stride! haha =P

Answer #4

well I would suggest running a lot in the spring and summer time and the time fall comes around you will have great endurance which helps you breathe easier when you are running

Answer #5

A can do both long distance and sprint. If its long distance the trick is (proper long distance) to pick a speed above a jog but below a run and maintain your breathing, after 2 miles your body will have found a system to oxygenate itself and you will feel stronger in the final part of the run.

If it is only like 1500m then increase your pace by 20% after each 400m you complete, in the final 200m increase your jog into a sprint to finish off the last 100m, this will be puredriven by will power as you will feel your body cant perform this sprint but its more then capeable to :)
