I believe you’re thinking of the rose sshaw1988, though it is one of it’s properties, it’s one of the LESSER properties of this herb.

The MAIN property of this herb is cleansing & purifying, when burned as an incense it helps rid a place of it’s negative energies, especially prior to performing magick.

Rosemary is one of the oldest incense. It can be used for protection, exorcism, purification, healing, to aid sleep, youth, to increase intellectual/mental powers, & to bring love. It’s said rosemary can be used for any other herb in spells, but I wouldn’t recommend substation of herbs.

Rosemary also contains extreme medical properties. This herb aid in the digestion of fat, helps with migraine headache. You can also make a tea with it to use as a mouth wash for bad breath. Also can be used for eczema, wounds & sores. Can also stimulate heart, brain, & kidneys. Rosemary can be smokes along with coltsfoot to relieve asthma & other lung conditions. Rosemary alos helps relieves symptoms of the common cold. Rosemary can help strengthen blood circulation, but also may slightly higher blood pressure.

NEVER exceed more than one cup a day when used as a tea or you’ll br putting yourself at risk of fatal poisoning.

Ooh, I was wondering the same thing as to rosemary’s properties (thanks sshaw1988!)

Randomly, and without much input to the question; I’ve just read that Rosemary’s original latin name meant ‘Dew of the Sea’ - thus linking it as a love herb to the goddess of love, Aphrodite or Venus.
