Can anyone recommend any lotions, diet, exercise, product, anything which eliminates cellulite from your bum cheeks?
I exfoliate my whole body with the gloves every 2nd day, and once a week moisturise.. I have a pretty average body, am 15, never been pregnant, not overweight.. It's just this one problem area. Tell me your advice please:
Eat healthy and excercise regularly. This will really help it. Also stay away from caffeine because this actually worsens cellulite. And keep on doing what you are doing. You don't always see results in the beginning.
As for excercise. You need to find an excercise that actually works that area. like squats. That will also help with burning fat.
its a myth that only "fat" people suffer as im sure youve seen many a skinny celebrities with cleulite aswell. Eat healthily is the only real way to go, I've heard exfoliated does help a little but its hard stuff to get rid of im afraid
