you might just have a high metabolism but im no doctor me personally i have a high metabolism which is not a bad thing because i dont have to worry about gaining weight but my ribs hurt once in a while but i eat over 2000 calories a day and a protein shake a day. plus i lift weights. i could call my mom she is a nurse its just natural that your ribs hurt unless you broke one then its a different story
put on more weight cos i the same i lost loads and now i skinny and my arm hurts when it cold and stuff
