what is required for going to and living in another nation?

well sh¡t! im gettn the f**k outa America. we have sh¡ty health care comparred to theyrs. im goin to France. just 3 more years.

That is something weird for us (Indonesian people) to hear that there is an American who want to get out of his country while almost all people specially from Asia dream to have ever come and live , if possible, in America. what happened???
