Renting a flat
I am 18 and have just finished college and will be doing some travelling in New Zealand next year, where I want to start renting a flat.
I have always lived at home with my parents and so I know nothing about renting a property - I don’t know what to look for, what I’ll be paying for, what questions to ask…I don’t know anything about the process of renting somewhere!
Can someone please give me some information on the subject, what does renting a flat involve, what costs will there be? what do I need to know…
