I think you should do what is best for you. People have different priorities in life. I want my wedding dress to be perfect and memorable, so I’m going to spend money on it. I dont particularly want a big wedding though. Decide what is best for you. Realistically set a budget that you want to spend, and then decide what you want to allocate where. Nothing wrong with renting a beautiful dress.

No. In my opinion, a wedding dress is something special, and should be kept, not returned.

Also, why rent the dress, when you can BUY one for the same price that it costs to rent one?

ok well im a guy so yeah we get to rent our tuxes, girls should be able to rent their dresses, because it is not like they are ever going to wear the dress again. i dont mean to offend anyone, but wedding dresses are a waste of money, you spend thousands sometimes on a dress you wear once. its a waste. just rent. take plenty of pics and video and there you go you can relive that day from them not from the dress

Heck No!!! you dont want to rent your wedding dress because when you get married and u hang it up in your closet and u go in there everyday and look at it..it will remind u of all the godd times you had at your wedding and with your lover!!!!

A wedding is not about the dress, or the cake or even the so-called “memories” that mushdarla speaks about!! It is about 2 people who are vowing to respect each other and remain together for the rest of their lives. You remember that day every morning when you wake up next to the one you love, or when you hold his hand during hard times, not when you look at a huge dress box that takes up a massive amount of space and reeks of moth balls.

IF you plan on using it again then buying is better, no?

How about buying one for your wedding and then renting it out??
