Red spots

I have these red spots on my face there are little but you can really see them I dont know what they are but they are red spots thats are always dry like dry skin but with red spots how do I get rid of them I have tried lotion I have tried soap and water nothing seems to work? And I only get these red spots when it nice out side never in winter any idea what it could be and how I can get rid of them?

well maybe if your outside a lot and you sweat you could be getting little pimples honestly it sounds like you have acne so just keep washing and putting lotion on or go to a dermatologist

They’re probably either bug bites or blemishes.

Use a /facial cleanser/ daily, never soap and water on your face.

And only use a noncomodegenic (doesn’t clog your pores) /face lotion/ on your face.
