Well, I can't say exactly what it is, but it sounds like either a pimple coming up, a small rash, or some type of allergic reaction. I would suggest going to your doctor, maybe they can give you some type of ointment to relieve the burning, and make it go away. Or, if it is something else, they will know exactly what it is, and the best way to treat it.
yes you should be concerened. any lump on your breast, especially one that burns is not normal. see a doctor asap to get it checked out
it stoped burning and it is smooth and feels like its goin to peel off and its brownish redish
go to the doctor to get it checked. i hope its nothing serious!
