Ok a long time ago I found out the red die they put in drinks and ice pops are not good for kids because it makes them hipper is this true? And is it good to drink it why you are pregnant?
The sugar makes them hyper...not the dye. If you eat an average American diet, you'll take in hundreds of food additives, none are really "good" for you but there's nothing that's dangerous to your baby. If you have dietary concerns, make sure to discuss them with you Obstetrician.
