I complained of a headache to my husband, who asked if I ate anything where I'm on a diet. I told him all I had today was a bagel with peanut butter and one cup of coffee, and he told me my sugar is probably low. Could that be why I'm having a headache in my forehead?
yes that could be the reason. and thats not going on a diet thats starving urself. a diet is when u eat the same foods u eat everyday but in a smaller portion r when u just eat organic stuff.
can't really call it starving yourself when you have very little food and no money until a week later...
