What can be the reason for this?

The past two days i have been feeling lightheaded especially when i get up. I havent been eating well, I feel hugry but seem to have lost the appetite, my nipples kind of hurt (although it may be cuase of my period which shoiuld come in a week, i feel somewhat like throwing up but not really? more like just wanting food but no apetite. I kind of get that feeling where I feel cold and hot at the same time sometimes. Also my body just feels weak. Am I just coming down with something or is it possible I am pregnant? I have never had sex, I wanted to wait for sex. But two weeks ago things between me and my boyfriend got sort of heated up, no penetration happened whatsoever but his pen!s did accidentally touch my v@g and then i jumped, freaked, and we both stopped. We have no birthcontrol because we never even intended to get naked at all only kissing. I know that I should do a test to be sure, which I will if i miss my period, but I would like to hear a little about it first, do you think I may be pregnant? what is the likelihood? Also if not, then would this be food poisoning? or some other kind of sickness? Thank you in advance.

the chance of pregnancy could be possible but very unlikley. its possible you aking yourself sick by being so stressed. also not eating doesnt help. you need to see a doctor, get a blood test to find out if your pregnant (and learn about sex) while your there. but the doctor will tell you why your feeling sick (if you tell him/her all your symptoms) and tell you wether your pregnant or just thinking yourself sick

Well there is always a chance of pregnancy, but from what you said, the chance sounds very, very slim. I wouldn’t worry about it too much, wait for your period, if it doesn’t come take a test to make sure. Maybe you have a virus or the flu.

I get this sometimes when I have a cold or a flu, I dont think you shoud be too worried unless you miss your period.

I just want to point out that stress sometimes can hold back your period, making you late. You might want to just spend 10 bucks for your sanity.
