Rash on my poor mouse

My Mouse is getting a rash on his face, and my other mouse is fine!!! I dont know if a vet would take him in but I love him just as I would love any other animal and dont wanna see him suffering, his cage is clean I feed them only fresh water from the jug and his food is the same… What should I do.. and dose anyone know anything about this?

Oh yeah, the vets should see him, some specialize in small and exotic animals. We took out hamsters in for checkups!! I’d take him I’m to make sure it cant be passeds on to the other little guy.
