My poor pup!

My newborn puppy is in pain and whimpering from over stimlation, it hurts his anas when its licked or rubbed! What should I do to help him?

he may have a rash … take him to a vet

If you’re worried, then take him to a Vet…all pups make whimpery, whiney, grunting noises…& he may just be a particularily noisy pup…For your own peace of mind, tho…it’s worth it to run him into the Vet.
