How much weight can I lose in two weeks? I don't really care if I lose it the healthy way because I'll gain some of it back healthy. I have a VERY really really important meeting and I need to lose at least ten lbs. I work out, drink a lot of water and eat healthy but it's not coming off as fast as I want it to. What else can I do?
grab some diet foods cause thats all I can add if you are already drinking water & dont eat after 6pm but make sure you drink 2 glasses of water before you sit dwn 4 meal so you get nice & full & then 1 afterwards,
go power walking & do tummy crunches or grab pilates dvd & do that everyday!!

or instead f loosing weight you could buy some slimming underwear they make them for pretty much everything including your stomatch and thighs, ect it pulls in your fat giving you a slimmer look so wearing that under your clothes would be easier
cabbage soup diet..im doing it right now for my 2nd time..I love it..you dont have to starve yourself ..infact you can eat a lot...look it up on google, its simple easy to make and cheappp!!! you can loose up to 10 lbs more or less in 7 days!!!
