losing weight can be pretty hard but make time during the week to have about an hour of exercising time I joined a class for personal training and a dance class that keeps you moving the dance class helps you lose 600 calories within an hour theres a place in tarzana that is called youth fitness or jnetics

Well, if you have a adog or soemthign walking works great…I dont really go by the “eat healthy thing” cause they’re isnt anythign as “healthy” food.

But um, eat whatever, just try and not to be lazy, even doing th edishes and making yur bed, yes doing your dishes, burns quite a lot o fcalories.

How much do you weight perhps, your age??

I might be able to guive you more advice if I knew those.

I don’t really like knowing that I would be trained with someone like that. I love what he talks about and his workouts are good from what I hear. It is just hard to take a man seriously knowing that he would pursue someone like myself. If I was approached by a random person at a Gym, I would say “take a hike buddy?” Flash him my ring, but if it was the owner of the establishment, I just don’t know. thoughts?

let me tell you, losing weight quick is unhealthy, gaining or losing ten lbs in a short amount of time have the ability to really harm your body.

If you a really serious about you body and general health, you should understand your blood type and look for specifics on what food works for you blood type. After you figure in your daily calorie burn, with out work out, and after you have a good understanding on what is the best calories for you, then you will notice a balace between how you feel when you eat and digest and the energy you have in response to proper eating.

when you start to work out, adjust you calories based on what you need know you are going to burn. Having a simple understanding of you bodies specific needs and capabilities, weight wont be an issue. The main reason is that your body will be geared for the proper metabolism that your individual physical nature needs. Keep in mind the vitamins and nutrients that women need on a regular basis.

long story short, I have a friend have a heart attack at 24 from trying to “loose weight fast”. Now they are in slender but its because they lost oxygen to the brain. Be safe and HEALTHY, EAT TO DIGEST AND GAIN ENERGY, NOT JUST BECAUSE IT FEELS GOOD, TASTED GOOD.
