Why are there so many questions asking "am I pregnant"?

I mean it doesnt take a genius to realize all you have to do is buy a test.

Answer #1

It’s not always possible for someone to buy a test, even though it’s the only thing that’ll give them proper confirmation. In the UK you can get them free and confidentially, but not everyone knows that. So instead of getting an actual test, girls scan the internet for symptoms, not believing that they are pregnant. But then they fool themselves into believing they have the symptoms and panic. They then ask the question “am I pregnant?” because they’re scared and it’s the first thing they think to do. In a panic situation most people aren’t geniuses

Answer #2

That is an excellent analysis of a natural reaction to worrying symptoms. Thank you for posting.

Answer #3

I agree very nice analysis :-)

Answer #4

You can pick up tests for a £1 so their just hoping that when they ask people will say no. Not the most sensible way. It’s scary having a scare but you have to be responsible and grown up about it.
