Can a minor go to a hookah bar with an adult?
I heard that if you are under the age of 18 you can still go to the hookah bar as long as you are with someone that is the age of 18? is that true?
if they allow it its illegal and the child or baby is breathing in second hand smoke which can still cause lung cancer and numerosue diseases and breathing problems
depends on where.. I live in dc and its true here.. I do it all the time and with all my friends.. we dont even bring an 18 year old. tons of fun!!
Its not illegal! At the hubbly bubbly you have to be 16 and you can go alone if you want
