Liscence for a bar
Hi my friend is wanting to put a bar in his back garden but is in a predicament does he need liscence
Agreed…no license is needed unless it will be something you are selling to the public. A personal bar, however, is your responsibility, and if you allow people to leave your home drunk and disorderly you can be held liable for their actions.
only if its going to be public, he advertises and hes going to sell drinks. But if its for his friends and family then no. but he should check his local laws just in case.
No nowhere as long as he does not charge people
