Why can't I get the tampon in all the way?

I’ve tried many times and I just can’t seem to put a tampon in. I put it there but it doesn’t go all the way in.. what should I do? HELP

RELAX! the muscles that hold your tampon in so it doesn’t fall out can also keep it from going in. If you are tense the muscles will keep it from going in. Also, you might be putting it in wrong. So just relax, and just practice!

Keep practicing. Most girls don’t get the hang of it right away. Make sure you read the directions, tips, and diagram sheet that comes in the tampon box.
