This guy said that I gave him mono over the summer & he’s spreading it all over school what other ways can you get it. Can you get it from swimming lakes??cause I heard you can get it from germs.

Mono is caused by a virus that can be transmitted through saliva and mucous. It can be spread through kissing, sharing drinks/eating utensils, or anything that comes in contact with the mouth I would imagine. If you have not had mono yourself, then I doubt you gave it to him.
