What are the pros and cons of a younger girl dating a guy 4 years older ?

I’ve always dated guys the same age as me. Now, I’m 20, and I’m with someone that’s 3 and a half years older. It could be just him, but it seems like older guys are more mature, with their head on straight. He seems set with his goals and stable. He got most of the partying out of his system. :) I think dating someone a few years older than you is fine, as long as you’re not a minor. If you’re under 18, and he’s in his 20’s, you have to question his intentions.

I agree i unfortuatley have had terrible experinces with things like this and i honestly think that guys just want sex from younger girls and the best way to avoid getting your heart broke or something worse is to stick to guys under 18 if you are thats the safest way I think because older guys will try to pressure you into sex and its up to you to know when its the right time or the wrong.

Truthfully i don’t think that every guy that dates a younger girl just wants to use her. Yeah it sounds bad but everyone is sterotyping, its really annoying. Everyone has good and bad experiances. But to say a guy is just going to use you is wrong. Maybe the relationship isn’t going to be about sex! Maybe.. most older guys really want it, but if he really likes you don’t assume things it wont take you far.
