Which states have the lowest property taxes

Which states have the lowest property taxes

Answer #1

I’ve heard that Virginia is the cheapest place to live. As to wether or not there are jobs, I don’t know. Maybe with being the cheapest place to live, there are little to no property taxes?

Answer #2

I had to laugh at the person who said Wisconsin doesn’t have property tax! They are the 2nd highest property taxed state…second only to California.

Answer #3

Off the top of my head I am not sure but I think that the further inland you go the lower the property tax.

Answer #4

Louisiana: The Tax Foundation data shows that states with lower property values have one thing going for them: lower taxes. The median property tax in Louisiana is only $179–over $5,500 less than the New Jersey median. http://efinancedirectory.com/articles/States_with_the_Highest_and_Lowest_Property_Taxes.html
