Problems of the Heart?

I never really had problems with relationships, but lately I been having a problem. When I joined the Army I had a girlfriend of 2 and a half years. A few months after I left she broke up with me for another guy. I want to get over her and I am ready to move on but I have no one. I still have feelings for her even though she did me wrong. I know there is no chance of us being together again. What advice do yall have about moving on?

I think what really helps most is having someone else to spend time with. I don’t mean another girlfriend or a potential girlfriend but just a good friend one who is willing to listen when you want to talk about being upset about the ex. Or throwing yourself into a hobby one you can ‘ve passionate about. Otherwise, as they say, time heals all wounds. My friend had to get over a guy she was with for four years I made sure to listen when she felt like whining and during her mourning period, haha she got ridiculously good at baking.
