I was asking a woman for an adress I told her thank you and she told me no problem but what is more polite no problem or you are welcome do you think when they say no problem its like a kind of code to keep with the conversation im just wondering lol what do you think about that any answer is welcome thank you.

It depends the type of situation. Generally you are welcome is more polite.
