I have a big lump under my nipples and i dunno what they are. they have been there for over a year and i'm getting concerned. my nipples are abnormally big and stick out 1 and a half centimetres. what can i do or what is it please help?

You do need to see a doctor but I believe what you have is gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is a condition in which firm breast tissue forms in males. The breast tissue is usually less than 1-1/2 inches across and is located directly under the nipple. Gynecomastia may be on one side or on both sides. This condition may make the breast tender. Some men and boys have fat on their chests that makes it look like they have breasts. This condition is called pseudogynecomastia (false gynecomastia). It is not the same thing as gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is usually caused by changes in hormones at puberty or as part of aging. Gynecomastia is common in teenage boys. As many as 65% of 14-year-old boys have gynecomastia. The breast enlargement usually goes away on its own in 2 or 3 years. However, much younger boys and adult men with gynecomastia may need to have some tests, because it is more possible that some kind of disease is causing the problem. In most cases, no treatment is needed. In 90% of teenage boys, gynecomastia goes away in less than 3 years.
BUT, you must go to a doctor and receive an examination and diagnosis.
you really should go to a doctor if its been there for that long and if its worrying you, i truthfully have no idea what it is and you shouldnt risk waiting in case its really serious.
i mean dont stress yourself over it maybe its not really anything. . . but does it hurt when you touch it. . . . im not sure but maybe it can also be a tumor
Do ask your parents to take you to a Dr., just to be informed. I doubt very much that a 14 year old boy has breast cancer however. So don't be scared.

a lot of men get it.. it could be just gristle.. like a build up of fat.. but i would suggest going to your doctor to put ur mind at rest :)
sometimes it happens when you're cold, or it is chilly.
But i think you should always consult this with your doctor, just to make sure!
well it might be perfectly normal but always be prepared for the worst but don't worry too much i mean i could be wrong
Like said before it might be breast cancer, or it could also be fat built up in clumps and corpuscles.

no not yet but i'm gonna ask my parents to take me later in the week. thats y i'm worried
