What is this lump under my nipples?

no not yet but i’m gonna ask my parents to take me later in the week. thats y i’m worried

well it might be perfectly normal but always be prepared for the worst but don’t worry too much i mean i could be wrong

you really should go to a doctor if its been there for that long and if its worrying you, i truthfully have no idea what it is and you shouldnt risk waiting in case its really serious.

Like said before it might be breast cancer, or it could also be fat built up in clumps and corpuscles.

well how have you been feeling through out this . . . . does it hurt when you touch it. .?

sometimes it happens when you’re cold, or it is chilly.

But i think you should always consult this with your doctor, just to make sure!

Do ask your parents to take you to a Dr., just to be informed. I doubt very much that a 14 year old boy has breast cancer however. So don’t be scared.

a lot of men get it.. it could be just gristle.. like a build up of fat.. but i would suggest going to your doctor to put ur mind at rest :)

You do need to see a doctor but I believe what you have is gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is a condition in which firm breast tissue forms in males. The breast tissue is usually less than 1-1/2 inches across and is located directly under the nipple. Gynecomastia may be on one side or on both sides. This condition may make the breast tender. Some men and boys have fat on their chests that makes it look like they have breasts. This condition is called pseudogynecomastia (false gynecomastia). It is not the same thing as gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is usually caused by changes in hormones at puberty or as part of aging. Gynecomastia is common in teenage boys. As many as 65% of 14-year-old boys have gynecomastia. The breast enlargement usually goes away on its own in 2 or 3 years. However, much younger boys and adult men with gynecomastia may need to have some tests, because it is more possible that some kind of disease is causing the problem. In most cases, no treatment is needed. In 90% of teenage boys, gynecomastia goes away in less than 3 years.
