Prince charming

Hi im 13 years old and im a little over weight. I watch a lot of movies about where the girl finds her prince charming. Im scared that if I dont lose weight then no boys or men will want to date me or marry me. In your opinion would a girl find the man of her dreams if she was skinny or fat?

Movies are just that…movies w/unrealistic views. your so young and your body is still growing and changing and will until your about 17-18. Just eat healthy and dont over obesses over the skinny girl w/a cute guy. First of all, there isnt such thing as a prince charming or even a princess. WE all have our faults and imperfections which is fine. you have to be happy w/who you are inside and out. Everyone has beauty in their own unique ways. Look around u. you see all different people of all shapes and sizes that are together and the physical is only a small part of the deal.your too young to think about men and ok to think about boys. Dont focus on your looks so much. Any guy that asks you on a date is already attracted to you no matter what…the next step is your personality and character and how can anyone know who you really are if your only thinking about being skinny to get a guy. Btw…a lot of guys are into curvy women. Not skinny ones anymore. Everyone is different and the sooner you accept that, the sooner you will accept urself.

prince charming doesnt really exist (I think so) as ty said you will probably find the right person in time, and keep away from those movies they arent reality, its just a movie which has been made up.

Answer #3

Well, movies aside, because that isnt reality, look around… All sorts of people find people to date… Tall, short, skinny, fat, people with long noses, or no chins. It is more than the way you look. You may want to keep your weight under control for health reasons, but you dont need to lose weight to find a husband. You know 90% of people in the states get married at some point? Odds are you’ll find the right guy too.
