prevention of a kid

so im eighteen and I have benn recently having sex. I have not used a condom but I have not gotten pregnant. I didnt mean not to use one. my previous boyfriend I had before I had sex with a lot and I was stupid and didn’t use a condom but I never got pregnant and I didnt want to at the time. I am not on birth control and have not taken any pills. but lately I have been wanting a kid. I know im only eighteen but I graduate this year. I have not told my boyfriend I want a kid yet because he tells me he is not ready to be a father. is their anything you can think of that might prevent me from having a kid?

Yes - he already told you he’s not ready, so he may not stay - no marriage, no financial stability…think harder.

yes. birth control. or you could try praying… but I wouldnt bet on it… I’d try the birth control instead…

Some couples are extremely fertile and conceive every 10 months (when unprotected). Others, are not as well adapted and conceive about once a year. Some couples are not genetically compatible and never conceive.

A bit of advice though, are you 100% sure you are ready to give up your freedom FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE? Because that’s what having a child is all about.
