I have tried sleeping in every position i can think of, its all the same result. I wake up with a backache so bad i can hardly move or stand up.
Prenatal yoga or pilates. That is the best things that I can think of. Both help with posture which is the main reason for back ache during pregnancy. I would suggest stretching before going to bed using whatever positions recommended for a pregnant woman. Then also you get special pillows that pregnant women can use to help relieve the back pain. Maybe you can ask at your nearest pharmacy or health shop.
Try putting fluffy pillows under your back for support and comfort, my sister use to get really bad back aches during the third trimester and this made her sleep a little better.
if you have the money you could try one of those memory foam matresses and pillows, they mould to the shape of your body and put it back in alignment
I've Had 3 Kids. Try Sleeping On Your Side With A Pillow Between Your Knees.
