If you have a proper diet filled with the right nutrients, you don’t even need to take these. You can take a regular multivitamin, it’s cheaper. And if you want, buy Folic Acid and Vitamin E supplements, which are the components that help improve hair, skin and nails. But if you insist on taking prenatal vitamins, always consult your doctor first.
