I dont have regular periods unless I am on birth control after 6 months of being on it I came off to try to get pregnant. I stopped in september. what is taking so long?. My doctor started me on pre natal vitamins how will that help me get pregnant?

It won’t.

It’s possible he’s just prepping your body for when you do get pregnant, or maybe he figures you’re lacking something in your system and that’s causing the problem.

In the end, the person you should be asking is your doctor…after all, he’s the one who put you on the vitamins.
