What can I do to help me get pregnant faster?

I have very irregular periods and about a month and a half ago had a miscarriage at 10 weeks. My husband and I are veyr ready to be parents but im having a hard time getting pregnant again. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Get an ovulation kit, it will let you know when you are more likely to get pregnant.

Stop stressing about it so much being stressed makes it harder to conceive.
