I would like to practice nudism at home. Is this legal ? Should I consent other members of the family to do so ?
In your home you have the right to do as you please as far as clothing/no clothing goes. There are no laws stating that you must wear clothing in your home, and actually, you would be suprised at the number of people who walk around nude in their own homes. However, if your a minor and the home your living in is your parents and not yours - your parents have every right to make you wear clothing or to punish you for not doing so seeing as how it is their house. Not everyone is as comfortable with nudity and the human body as you are and its important to respect others feeling as well.
I am an adult,25. I have no dad. In my house my mom and her sister and myself live together. I have consented my mom and her sister. They permitted me to go ahead in my private room only first. They assured me to permit me to do it openly after sometime
I can't see why it would not be legal. As far as I know only public nudity is legal. So it should be fine as long as you have the consent of everyone you are living with.
I would like to point out you said only public nudity is legal. It amused me terribly.
Legal? I thought it was mandatory!
