How do I housebreak my puppy?

My (male) pup is almost 9 months old bt still doesnt lift his hind leg to pee. When do they start doing this?

Also, because we live in an apartment, we taught him to “go” in the bathroom (because when he was little he used to pee some 20 times a day). Now we’re trying to train him to “go” outside. He will pee outside but insists on doing his potty in the bathroom. Anything I can do to change this?

dogs do it when they feel like it dont worry about it. my dog is about 14 months and he does both. he lifts his leg sometimes and sometimes his lazy a$$ just dont do it. it nothing wrong.

they only do that when they are 12 months and over…S!N…
