Potty train boy -- hold it all day
My son who is 3 1/2 will NOT go to the bathroom, not even to pee.. He will hold his pee all day even when he’s at the toilet he will hold it. I leave him with no underwear or pull up on all day. Any suggestions? Please help. My 3 other kids learned so quickly…
Have you tried to make it a game? My husband taught my oldest to go potty in the toilet by throwing is a few cheerios and telling him he needed to aim for the cheerios. If he got a cheerio, he got one M&M or like, one chunk of chocolate bar or whatever. It worked really well and we plan to use it for our youngest when he gets old enough.
Of course way doesn’t have to be this way but it’s just an idea. There are all sorts of creative ways to get a kid to go potty where he or she should.
