Possibly pregnant?

Is it possible to be pregnant while on the pill and have barely any symptoms at all? Like, mild cramps, sore nipples, and just feeling different than you have before? And can all of this still happen even if you still get your period but its just blood and basically no lining of the uterus? Could I be pregnant or should I be worried about something else?

You can get pregnant while on the pill, but the odds are very slim You can have barely any symptoms while pregnant You can have period-like bleeding while pregnant

However, if you are on the pill, getting your period, and having no symptoms (other than what is common before a period - which is what you described), you are most likely not pregnant.
