How do you get rock smash on pokemon pearl?

Go to Jubilife. When you get to the entrance go straight. Keep going. When you get to the pokemarket, (like a pokecenter but with a blue top) you go straight then turn right. Keep going til you reach the cave (opening on the side of the wall). Right when you walk in, you will see a guy talk to him. You have to beet the Gym Leader to use the item.

A.Go to the Oreburgh Coal Mine. go straight. Go all the way down. (use a repel if you have some) When you get to the huge piece of coal (big black rock) turn right. Then you go down. Keep going til you see a guy (with red-orange hair) in between two rocks. Talk to him, then go back to the gym.

Q.How do you get to the leader in the gym without battling any one else?

A.When you walk in go left and go up the ramp. Go across the brige and go straight. Go up the ramp. Turn left, go up the ramp and click A.
