ok I dont want any lectures but I need a diet I can do at home I need to know what kinds of food are diet foods and stuff im 14 5 7’ and 153 pounds and want to get to 120 my doctor said that was a healthy weight and I want to do this the heathy way!!! and before christmas!!!

Hi shortyluvzboyz. No lectures, I promise. Go with some of these crash programs, but afterwards look into balanced eating programs that will help you maintain that lower weight. I wish you the very best, Good Luck.
