I have a pup, it’s a cute Maltese pup. And my friends said put it at home, so I did.

And it make my house a mess with it’s “business”, my mom scolded me.

My friends said bring it out to do it’s “business”, but how could I know when it want to pee?

I have a Maltese when I first got her she had to go a lot. We found these pads that you can put down around the house where you see it going usually and they’ll start to realize to start going on the pads. Take it outside a lot they have very small bladders. When I first got her I took her out about every 30-45 min. Don’t worry it will learn over time. It is well worth it. They are adorable.

You don’t say how old this pup is…but if it’s 7 to 9 weeks old, you have to take it outside, EVERY time it wakes up…EVERY time it eats…and EVERY 20 minutes while it’s playing. It will need to get up in the night, also…at least one time, till it’s 9 weeks old or so.

You have to watch the pup CONSTANTLY…keep it in the same room with you so can do that…do not let it have the run of the house…You’ll start to recognize the signs when the pup has to go potty…pick it up, take it outside…and when it starts to pee or poop, make a BIG deal out of it…”WHAT a GOOO girl!” over and over…Housetraining your dog will be the hardest work you’ll have to do with this puppy…it’s constant vigilance, for 2 weeks or so.

Get a crate for when you cannot watch the puppy…like if you go out, or to school…they won’t mess in their own nest.
