What's a healthy way to lose weight?

I want to know a healthy way to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks, i know people who said they did before, so it would be great if someone could help me with sum advice. i’m 5’4 and 160 pounds

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.

Lots of excersise is the main thing, if you can walk a mile a day, if you have a dog take him for a walk or jogging would be better but walking is still very good. Eat 5 small meals a day, DO NOT DIET!! Diets will not autimatically make you lose weight, plus all the drags which come with dieting, such as, Tiredness, Bloating, Headaches. Excersise and haing 5 smaller portions of food a day will make you lose weight easiest, but the food must be healthy! Treat yourself to a piece of chocolate for every mile you walk or somthing to keep a healthy balence! Hope this helps x
