Please Help, My Ex Is Spreading Crap About Me.

Ok So Theres This Guy I Never Wanted To Go Out With, But I Did Anyway He Asked My Best Friend If I Would Ever Go Out With Him And She Told Him I Would,, And Hes One Of These Sensitive People And As I Liked Him As A Friend I Didnt Want To Hurt Him So I Said Yes And We Went Out. Theres One Other Reason I Did It Was That My ex, Now My Boyfriend Again Was Going Out With This Girl I Hate, She Was A Complete B*tch To Me And I Was Jealous I Suppose So I Went Out With Someone Else. As Soon As I Started Dating This Guy I Never Wanted To Go Out With He Seemed To Only Have A One Track Mind He Just Wanted To Get Off With Me. He Sent Me On Average 5 Texts A Day Saying “ Want To Pull?” And Stuff Like That. But When It Came To Him Trying To Kiss Me I Couldnt Do It, I Didnt Tell Him Why, He Just Thought I Was Nervous. I Hated Being With Him, I Dont Know Why I Didnt Just Dump Him. He Dumped Me In The End Saying That “It Was Like Going Out With His Best Friend” But Told Someone Else He Still Liked Me. I Began To Hate Him And As He Saw That He Started Spreading Stuff About Me, Then About My Boyfriend, I Lost It A Few Nights Ago, Hitting Him, Not Hard But Now His Friends, My Old Friends Arent Even Speaking To Me. What Do I Do?
