I have been seeing this man for 2 years and I am tired of waiting

I have been seeing this man for 2 years and I am tired of waiting. He has a girlfriend and he recently told his friends about me. He says he cant just kick her out because he will lose his house. He states he is trying to refinance his home, and that I should not give up on him. We love each other, believe me I never have fallen in love before. I have two boys and not married but I myself am living with the father of my children. It is so complicated. The man I love does not have children and he is 13 years older. He claims he is saying the truth. He tried not seeing me before but we always end up together. His friend told me once that he acts like a stranger with his girlfriend. Please help. I dont know. My grandma claims to see us not be together in her tarot readings. Shes crazy.

honestly… they are always saying that just so you will stay but hey its been 2 years so leave him hes not say the truth hes probably still sleeping with her really! and their really is more guys out there be open minded about him in your mind try saying that you dont love him anymore or something does his girlfriend even know about u?
