it could also be from a spike in blood pressure or a drop. since basketball you are jumping and all, going from low to high can do it. people said about dehydration, but if you go from going slow to going fast with no medium that could cause some light headedness
I just want to add to this, if you don't eat properly before a game, then that can also cause light headedness. I remember I used to get that from running if I didn't eat properly.
Possibly exhaustion and/or dehydration. Be sure to drink planty of fluids and don't push yourself too hard. If it continues talk to your coach or better yet your Dr. about it.
it could be. i mean i play almost all the game with out a break so it could be that i need to drink more. (:
u need to ask the coach to give u fewer minutes per game. Drink plenty of WATER and/or GATORADE
You might need more water, basketball it a high impact sport.
You might be exherting your self too much
