can i play games like the sims 2&3 on my windows 7 computer if i dont have a graphics/video card?
If you don’t have one…then, your monitor wouldn’t be working. Most likely you don’t have a dedicated card, but one built into the motherboard or similar…so, if you can use a monitor, you should be able to use the games as long as they care compatible with windows 7.

Well It depends on how old your PC is and how powerful. Those games require DirectX 9 and above enabled Graphic Processing Units. Either dedicated or built in the motherboard. More specifically an Nvidia or ATI GPU.
